Refund policy
All sales and orders are final sale. Please be sure to read the description and any sizing provided carefully before ordering.
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect your order. If your order is damaged, please email caryseastondesign@gmail.com with your name, order number and photos of the damage and we will be happy to assist you.
In the event your orders show as delivered but you haven't received your shipment, please contact the courier and local postal service with the tracking number (shown on your shipping notification) and inquire with them first. If there is no resolution, please contact us at caryseastondesign.com to enquire if anything can be done to resolve on our end.
